Lets start with a t-shirt that every geek today can relate to. I think everyone who can consider themselves a geek has played one of the "Super Mario Bros." Titles. I remember playing the very first Super Mario Bros. Game on the NES. Dad bought us the console and we played for hours and hours. Then when we went to bed my parents would play for hours.Then there was Super Mario Bros. 2 and 3 for the NES. Then when the Super Nintendo came out Mario followed it. There were games for Nintendo 64 and the Gamecube. Now there are some great games for the Wii. Now it's me and my kids playing "Super Mario Bros. Wii" and "Mario Kart". Who knew I would be passing on my Geekdom.
Want to hear something else that came from growing up. I found the "Super Mario Bros. Super Show" on Netflix a few weeks ago. That brought back memories from my childhood. The show was horrible, but the kids seem to like it. I don't know if it because they play the new games and it is fun to watch shows about the games you like to play.
